These terms and conditions establish the rules and regulations for the use of OneRainCode services. By contracting our web development, maintenance, hosting, or subscription services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

One-Time Payment Projects
Developed according to agreed specifications. Scope includes only what is detailed in the proposal. Additional changes require additional budget.

- Intellectual property transfer upon final payment
Monthly Subscription Services
Include continuous development, updates, and improvements according to contracted plan. Monthly recurring billing.
- Automatic renewal each month
- Cancellation with 30 days notice
- Technical support included per plan
Maintenance Services
Security updates, backups, monitoring, and technical bug fixes.
- Continuous website access required
- Response time according to contracted plan
- Design or content changes not included
Hosting Services
Hosting, domain, SSL certificates, and server management according to contracted plan.
- 99.5% guaranteed uptime
- Daily backups
- Assisted migration available
3. Client Obligations
- Provide complete and accurate information necessary for project development
- Deliver content (texts, images, videos) in requested formats and within agreed timeframes
- Review and approve deliverables in reasonable time (maximum 7 business days)
- Make payments according to agreed schedule
- Keep access credentials secure and updated
- Notify any issues or concerns in a timely manner
4. Development Process and Approvals
Project Phases
Projects are divided into phases with specific deliverables. Each phase requires approval before continuing.
Included Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as agreed. Additional revisions are billed separately.
Scope Changes
Requests that modify the original scope require evaluation and may result in additional costs and time.
Implied Approval
If no feedback is received within 7 business days, deliverables are considered approved.
5. Delivery Times
Timelines are estimates based on information available at project start. They may be affected by:
- Delays in content delivery or Client feedback
- Changes in project scope
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Third-party dependencies (APIs, external services)
OneRainCode commits to proactively communicating any delays and working to minimize their impact.
6. Payments and Billing
Payment Structure
- One-time payment projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (unless otherwise agreed)
- Subscriptions: Monthly payment in advance
- Maintenance: Monthly recurring billing
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other digital methods as available.
Late Payments
Overdue invoices may result in:
- Suspension of active services
- Late payment interest according to local legislation
- Withholding of deliverables until payment is received
Refunds
No refunds are made once work has begun. In case of early cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for work completed to date.
7. Intellectual Property
Original Code and Development
Rights to code developed specifically for the Client are transferred upon full payment of the project.
Third-Party Components
Frameworks, libraries, and third-party plugins maintain their respective licenses. The Client is responsible for complying with these licenses.
Client Materials
The Client retains all rights to provided content (texts, images, logos, videos). The Client guarantees having legal rights to use these materials.
Portfolio and References
OneRainCode reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless a specific confidentiality agreement exists.
8. Warranties and Limitations
Quality Warranty
We guarantee that work will be performed to professional standards and following industry best practices.
Bug Fixes
Bugs or functional errors reported within the warranty period (30 days post-delivery) will be corrected at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
OneRainCode shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Third-Party Services
We do not guarantee the continuous operation of third-party services (APIs, external hosting, payment gateways). Interruptions caused by third parties are beyond our control.
9. Cancellation and Termination
By the Client
The Client may cancel at any time but is responsible for:
- Full payment for work completed to date
- Upfront payment is non-refundable
- Written notice 15 days in advance
By OneRainCode
We reserve the right to terminate the contract if:
- There is recurring non-payment
- The Client does not provide necessary information
- There is inappropriate or abusive conduct
Recurring Services
Subscriptions and maintenance require 30 days notice for cancellation. Current month billing is non-refundable.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidential any sensitive information shared during the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Business and strategic information
- Technical and access data
- Financial information
- Non-public intellectual property
11. Support and Maintenance
Post-Delivery Support
One-time payment projects include 30 days of support for bug fixes. Additional support available through maintenance plans.
Response Time
Depending on contracted plan: 24-72 hours for general inquiries, 4-8 hours for critical emergencies.
Updates
Security and compatibility updates included in maintenance plans. New features require additional budget.
12. Modifications to Terms
OneRainCode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after notification implies acceptance of new terms.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where OneRainCode operates. Any dispute will be resolved through:
