Basic questions
Do I need to have my texts and images ready before we start?
Yes. To begin the design phase we need you to provide the main copy and business images. If you don't have them, you can add our copywriting service as an add-on. The project doesn't start until all materials are approved — that's how we guarantee on-time delivery.
How does the payment model work?
We work with two payments: 50% when signing the proposal and 50% on delivery. For custom web systems the structure is 40% upfront, 30% at the midpoint, and 30% on delivery. We don't start work without receiving the first payment.
Are domain and hosting included in the price?
They are not included by default — those costs depend on the provider you choose and renew annually. If you'd like, we can manage them for you as an add-on. We'll walk you through the options during the consultation based on your case.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the service: a landing page takes 2 to 3 weeks, a corporate site 4 to 6 weeks. Custom web systems have a phased timeline defined in the formal proposal. Deadlines run from when we approve the brief and receive the first payment.
What happens after the site is delivered?
We hand over full access credentials and a 30-minute session to walk you through how everything works. If you need us to keep updating and monitoring your site, we have monthly maintenance plans starting at S/ 150.
Technical questions
What happens if I want to change something mid-project?
Changes within the original scope are included in each service's revision rounds. If a change expands the original scope — new sections, new features — we quote it as an add-on before executing. Nothing is done without written approval.
Can I request more sections or pages than the package includes?
Yes. Additional pages or sections are quoted as an add-on. We give you the price before adding anything to the project so you can decide with clear information.
Can I cancel maintenance whenever I want?
Maintenance plans have a minimum of 3 months. After that period you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 3 months, the remaining month is charged in full.
